Returns & Exchange Policy



Didn’t like your purchase? Wrong size or product? Defective item? Not to worry doll we will take care of you, but first take a quick look at our return policy and please take the time out and get familiar with our refund and exchange policy.

Once you’ve received your package from the delivery courier send us an email within the first 24 hours from when your package tracking information status is - “Delivered.”

If you receive your item and aren't 100% happy with your purchase, email us at and we will be happy to help you with your return and solve whatever issue you're having. All returned item(s) must be received in their original condition. The condition of the item must be re-sellable: Unworn , Item(s) must be unwashed, No smell of ladies perfume/deodorant, no makeup marks.

Returned items not received in their original state unless approved by management, will be charged a restock fee of 30% (Sale Price). Items should be received within the 14 Business days (United States ) 21 Business days (International) of the date you received the item. Any more days after will be not be accepted and will be returned to you.

  • A RMA Confirmation number is only needed when an Email us for your number before shipping back any merchandise. Please include your order number, specific items requesting to be returned, and reason(s) for return.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) will be sent to you within 24 hours (excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays). Please note that any items returned without a RMA number will not be processed.
  • Use the original packaging. Pack and securely seal the merchandise, and mark your RMA# on the outside of the box below the return address. Ship your return to the address sent with your Return Authorization Number.
  • We recommend returning the items to us using recorded/insured post. If the parcel isn’t sent with a tracking number and is lost, we cannot refund the purchase. We will not be responsible for lost packages when a buyer does not use an appropriate form of tracking.
  • Once the return process is complete, you will receive an email confirmation of your return/exchange verifying the transaction.
  • We cannot be held accountable for returns sent back if these steps are not followed.

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, you will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order is refunded in the original form of payment. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. Debit Cards typically takes 5-7 business days and Credit Cards could take 2-3 business days or 1-2 billing cycle.

Shipping Once the items are shipped out there's no refund available for the fee. The only time shipping fee can be refundable is if an order is cancelled and have not been shipped. Shipping fee under no other circumstances that it can be refunded for a return or exchanged order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Defective or Wrong Merchandise All items are fully inspected before shipped, however, should you receive a defective or wrong item; please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to be eligible for a return and a picture of the item if its defective to along with your order number to receive a confirmation number received from management to return your product.

Unclaimed Packages/Refusals/Loss Package Please do not refuse any delivery. We advise you to accept it and return it yourself. Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the return cost and you will be charged a restock fee if the item is to be returned to us. We are not responsible for packages lost by postal service, but we will do our best to help you locate your package.
